The Republican Minority Leader in the House, John Boner (sic) was pushed on Sunday to explain just why the party had not introduced a counter-proposal to Democrat-led efforts to overhaul the health care system.
“We have 8 or nine ideas,” he said. My guess at some of them would be:
1. If you get sick, die quickly.
2. If you’re not sick, don’t get sick.
3. It only hurts when you do that? Don’t DO that.
