Former DNC chairman Howard Dean said again this morning on Stephanie Miller’s Air America radio show that “we will have a health-care bill with the public option.” Hope he’s right.
Some are suggesting that the President’s seeming to back away from the public option is a trial balloon — or an attempt to activate his political base. If the latter, it has seemed to work.
